As a result of the closures, HSBC will have 441 branches, with 96 of them “full service”.
Another 172 are “cash service” offering access to cash and simple over the counter services and 173 are “digital service” with no counters and self-service points.
They haven’t really provided a full service at their branches for years.
All the “premier” branches where most mortals can’t get anything done unless they use a machine.
Can’t see HSBC branches being missed. Equally I’m sure Coca Cola are loving the announcement as that’s more places they can open new Costa restaraunts
