We await the debunk!

They are a very odd company though, I’ve never come across customer service anywhere in banking as shocking as theirs, only Monzo comes anywhere near close to being that poor, it takes multiple days, if not over a week, and multiple messages, to get any kind of response from them, which invariably then doesn’t actually answer the question asked. For paid accounts you really expect more than that sort of thing.
